  • You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with its systems.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

  • Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Practitioner Listings

  • Practitioners listed on Sam's Guide are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Sam's Guide.
  • We verify practitioner credentials before listing, but we do not guarantee the quality or outcomes of any consultation.
  • Sam's Guide is not responsible for the advice, conduct, or services of listed practitioners.
  • Disputes between users and practitioners must be resolved directly between the parties involved.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Payments are processed securely by LemonSqueezy. Sam's Guide does not store payment card details.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@samsguide.app for refund requests.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Sam's Guide — including text, design, logos, and software — is owned by Sam's Guide or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written permission.
  • User-generated content (such as conversation logs) remains your property, subject to our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Sam's Guide is provided on an 'as is' basis without warranties of any kind.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sam's Guide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
